PeptideCritic.com is operated by Jetsetter Guide LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located in Incline Village, NV, doing business as Peptide Critic ("Peptide Critic," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and our community forum at community.peptidecritic.com (the "Community Forum"). By accessing or using either, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Website. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Informational Use Only

Peptide Critic does not sell peptides, biologics, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or any controlled substances.

All peptide-related content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
References to third-party vendors are informational only. We do not manufacture, distribute, or endorse peptides or related compounds.

3. Products We Sell

Peptide Critic offers only the following types of products directly:

General merchandise
Accessories
Apparel and branded items ("swag")

All products are sold as non-medical goods. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Available within the United States only.
Returns: Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery for any claim.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered for any other reason.

5. Community Forum and User-Submitted Content

5.1 Forum Participation: Our Community Forum at community.peptidecritic.com allows registered users to post topics, replies, vendor reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). The same account governs both the main Website and the Community Forum, and posting on either is subject to these Terms as well as any community guidelines we publish in the forum itself.

5.2 License to Display User Content: When you submit User Content (including but not limited to vendor reviews, forum posts, replies, comments, profile information, and uploaded images), you grant Jetsetter Guide LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute that User Content in any media now known or later developed. This license is granted for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Website and Community Forum, including for use in marketing materials, search-engine indexing, and aggregated rankings or comparisons. The license survives the termination of your account and continues for as long as the User Content remains useful to those purposes.

5.3 Your Representations: You represent that any User Content you submit is your own original work or that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license, and that the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

solicits sales of peptides outside our vendor program;

5.5 Reviews — Anti-Manipulation: Vendor reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. You may not post fake or paid reviews, manipulate ratings, or coordinate with others to skew rankings. Vendors are prohibited from soliciting, paying for, or incentivizing reviews. We reserve the right to remove any review at our discretion when we have reason to believe it violates this section.

5.6 Moderation and Removal: We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or block User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. We may also suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms or our community guidelines, with or without prior notice.

5.7 Affiliate Links: Some links on the Website (including vendor "buy" buttons and links in posts) are affiliate links. Peptide Critic may earn a commission when you click such a link and complete a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence vendor rankings, review visibility, or editorial content.

6. Copyright Policy and DMCA Notices

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement on the Website or Community Forum in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

6.1 Submitting a Notice: If you believe content on Peptide Critic infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and data, is owned by Jetsetter Guide LLC or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark law. User Content is owned by the user who submitted it, subject to the license granted in Section 5.2.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, legality, or accuracy of third-party vendor information.
We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of other users, or any conduct we believe is harmful to Peptide Critic or its community. Upon termination, your right to access the Website and Community Forum ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5.2 (Content License), 6 (DMCA), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
