Website functioned perfectly . Was actually trying to get a purchase done through a diffrent site when I said ill check them. .shipping was fast and smooth I will now continue to go through them . Great job!

The last two orders from Biolongevity I have had to return. In a previous order of 2, both vials were empty. Since they replaced those, I gave them another chance and ordered again on 7/27. This time the 7 vials in the order were not shipped in a secure manner, they were sent loose in a padded mailer. In those 7 vials, 6 had issues including two that were completely empty and 1 with a very light dusting of powder. The others the pucks were broken, just little balls, or barely there. They insisted this is "normal." The reason for 2 stars is that after several emails to the company, including cc to Jay, they allowed me to return the vials and receive a refund. Will not order from them again.

The product has good packaging. Looks professional. They have many COA. It looks like they are testing batches regularly. They also show all previous COA. This is very good. Even the Bac water was tested. Shipping options are minimal. Shipping was very fast though. But they do not offer signature confirmation, which I don't understand why. But they have jumped on the package protection bandwagon, which I do not like.

Recommended by my cohorts in the medical community, I started with Apex. They were safe, fast, reliable and accepted credit cards. Apex also offers several coupons and a Hero discount to Military and Medical personnel. COA’s are available on their website and are more frequently updated than in their upstart days. Unfortunately, as Apex’s popularity has grown, their pricing has increased, in some instances $50 to $100 a vial in the course of a week. This pricing variability sent me searching for an alternate vendor, however, in a pinch, I would not hesitate to order from Apex again. I know the ease of ordering, how quickly they ship, the quality of the product, and the demonstrated results, I just wish their pricing was as reliable.

Have placed five orders over the past month. Prices are great, processing time/shipping are fast. Did have a couple issues but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Will continue to do business with them.
