They have batch numbers and recent COAs

I bought a few single vials from this vendor and all have a batch number and there are tests associated with each batch. Testing done with Ethos analytics which seems ok although you cannot verify the COA on the ethos analytics site. The vials arrived in a box that held them securely and I think will be handy for storage although I'm going to be putting everything into cartridges.

Great Customer Service

I was getting ready to reconstitute some SS-31 that had been in the freezer. I needed to double check the COA and testing results on the vial and when I went to look it, the batch number on the vial didn't correspond to the correct COA on their website. I emailed their customer service with a photo of the vial and explained my concerns. Not even 6 hours later I had a response explaining the mishap. They were in the process of updating all of the COA's and that batch of SS-31 hadn't been uploaded to the website yet. So she included a pdf of the COA and testing results and was really happy that I had brought that to their attention. So because of the quick action and response I got, I will continue to purchase from them.
