Overall good experience

Ordered from them 3 times, always on weekend, package arrived on Thursday without fail. As another user noted, I researched their reta & the potency isn't what I expected based on reviews, though I cant verify the quality without a test or comparison. Had to give my rat low dose tirz in addition to low dose reta to fully curb hunger. Other products researched well no major issues.

100mg GHK-Cu with 2ml water and solution is light blue

100mg GHK-Cu with 2ml water and solution pulled in in syringe is light blue. So far all my GHK-Cu has been dark blue and not see through. Sent pics and description to Peptira. Their response: looks normal. 🤯 Ok... Not cool.

Vial negative pressure issues

Hello all, I received a bad batch of Peptira BAC WATER. (3ml vial) or 10mg vial of Tesamorelin. The ph appears to be off and/or no negative pressure in Tesa vial. 2 things happened. 1. While reconstituting the Tesa vial, there appeared to be no negative pressure in vial causing the syringe to not self inject during the process, had to manually inject the BAC water. 2. The Tesamorelin immediately turned cloudy during process. 10 hours later turned to gel. Customer service states they check their batches before shipping and is refusing to refund or exchange.

Poor quality

I bought a kit (10 vials) of Thymosin Alpha 1 for research from Peptira. I reconstituted 2 vials and both were cloudy. I reached out to Peptira and sent 2 photos. They stated TA1 is, "Finicky" and maybe the pH balance was off and/or temperature was affecting it. They suggested I add acetic acid and/or phosphate buffered saline. I confirmed cloudy TA1 is not a sign of a "Finicky" peptide and their reconstitution advise was improper. I have had previous signs of poor quality in past but stupidly ignored them. Once I removed the cap from a vial and the whole stopper came off. Labels on several of their vials were lop sided and appeared they were put on by a child. The label by its self isn't a quality issue per se but it shows lack of professionalism. They were quick to respond my question and request about their product but gave me lip service and have gone silent now. Be careful of this company.
