@Randy I emailed Kovera about it but never heard back. I had to toss the vial because I left it out all night ...only got one pin out of it. It was a single vial I bought to passively test against another vendor I was running that did not produce any observable changes.
@Commander the website is a mess. Doesn't give you a warm and fussy when the back end is totally screwed up. Can't submit a bulk order at all; then you do them one by one, and it shows up as zero. I gave up next. Sent my three tests to Vanguard. I gave them a shot, and they suck.
Wow! Dark greys were historically loyal to Janoshik and would accept only Janoshik COAs for any quality issues. I messaged one supplier on STG vetted list asking why Vanguard COAs won't do. Yet to hear back. Vanguard is professional, they promptly replied to my emails.
@pepresearcher one vendor had mostly all Kovera COA’s but will only accept Janoshik for refunds I found that hysterical. It’s because Kovera is cheap but I had my doubts about them before and kind of came around because the owner sounded like he was getting it together.
Not sure what you are talking about Kovera’s customer portal is super clean and easy to use. You can even add different names down and pick the name you want for the coa. I add the names of the vendors I buy from and when I order a test I pick the name of the vendor who I bought it from and that shows up on the coa.
@Commander the issue is when you try to do a batch and get the discount so it’s 180 not 200 I have tested with Kovera before. It isn’t working so you enter them separately and then it zeros out the purchase price.
I really want to try Kovera. I was hoping it was a glitch that they have resolved, but it does not appear so. I tried again just now and get the same message. I did send an email to their support, so we will see if they get back to me. It is dumb they dont give you this info prior to going through the intake.
@Commander don’t log out. I restarted my computer. Logged out and back in and now I am getting the partner request message. Clearly they are having some issues or maybe just got overwhelmed and didn’t think through the back end of the website. I emailed them.
