I order 2 24 mg vials from them but the autofill for my address got the ZIP code wrong. I called them before it got shipped but it was too late. No questions asked they sent me a duplicate order. And it really wasn't their fault. I just started the reta and it is working exactly as expected. My experience has been awesome
