Not so good 1st time buyer impressiom
As a first-time customer, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve sent general inquiries regarding shipping and order updates and have received no responses at all. Not just delayed replies—no communication whatsoever.
For a new customer, this creates a poor first impression and makes it difficult to trust the process. Basic communication and customer support should be a priority, especially when customers are simply trying to get updates on their orders.
I hope this is addressed, because it significantly impacts confidence and overall customer experience.
