Packaged in a bubble wrap envelope. Vial was in small cardboard box inside.
Vial was slightly tacky to the touch.
Cap tore metal ring a little during removal. (Could be normal?)
Original cap will not go back on securely.
It Reconstituted crystal clear after about 5 minutes.
Remains crystal clear after 3 weeks.
