To be clear I have not used any of their product yet, but my decent sized order just arrived, two days after I placed the order on their site. Came in some fancy packaging and all vials look normal. After my order, I had reached out to support because I forgot to add an item. They granted me a $12 shipping credit and I placed a second order for a single vial which is also arriving today, but hasn't come in yet. So far my interaction with this vendor has been A+. Will update as I get into using their products.
