What made them stand out was the obscene value of the deal; buy 2, 3rd free (3 free per order) and free BAC. Getting to the free shipping tier was easy. I stocked up and have not been disappointed. Since then, I've seen BOGO and 30% off. They also let you stack coupons!
I've had direct responses from leadership when I inquired about blends and components and availability. I enjoy the flexibility they offer with payments which has allowed me to extend my buying power by using Pay in X services when I needed to.
Quality: Great. I've never had any reconstitution issues.
Value: Great. Pound for Pound, they are generally the cheapest with deals and promotions. With the rewards points system they introduced in Jan, I find myself wanting to return to stack another advantage.
