Eloralintide
Description
Eloralintide, also known as LY3841136 and formerly AMY-1176, is a 37-residue, long-acting amylin analog developed for once-weekly administration. It preferentially activates the human AMY1 receptor and uses a C20 fatty-diacid modification to prolong systemic exposure. Phase 2 research reported dose-dependent mean body-weight reductions of 9.5% to 20.1% after 48 weeks, and multiple Phase 3 studies have now been initiated.
