Chonluten

Description

Chonluten is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator associated with bronchial and respiratory-tissue research. It is generally identified as the amino-acid sequence glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and glycine. Published laboratory research has examined its effects on inflammatory signaling, cellular proliferation, and gene-regulatory pathways rather than establishing it as a treatment for respiratory disease.

In cultured human monocyte cells, Chonluten reduced lipopolysaccharide-stimulated production of the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF and IL-6. The same study reported effects involving STAT1 phosphorylation and monocyte adhesion, suggesting possible immunoregulatory activity. Evidence specific to Chonluten remains limited primarily to in-vitro research, with no established clinical efficacy in humans.
