I placed an order with Instant Peptides and paid in full. They ran a Father's Day discount with the word NOW in the ad — no fine print, no time window, just NOW. When I contacted them to cancel and reorder to apply that discount, I was told I was "nickel and diming" them. Let that sink in — I asked about their own advertised promotion and was accused of being cheap. After that exchange, they made the decision to redirect my FedEx shipment mid-transit before it ever reached me, then refused to issue a refund. I never received the product and never got my money back. Complaints have since been filed with the FTC, the Illinois and Arizona Attorneys General, and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.
