2nd order, no issues to report
This is my second time ordering from them and this last order was a big one with 15 vials and almost $800 worth. They had a special short term promo code so I took advantage. The first order shipped out right away and arrive two days later. This most recent big order shipped within 24 hours.
No issues with the site. A few items I wanted were out of stock. Checkout and payment is straight forward. I used credit card (they don't take MC however), although they do offer another 10% for Zelle payments.
I also texted their customer support about out of stock items. I got quick replies, however the info they gave me ended up being inaccurate. The two items I asked about twice now, are yet to be in stock despite them telling me they should be by a certain date. Those items are still out of stock, which isn't a big deal, but I waited and waited and now I just need to buy them elsewhere.
